The Barre Work Out is a combination of Yoga, Pilates and Ballet Techniques to help tone, sculpt and define the whole body. It is an hour long class working out to upbeat music and when you leave you feel energized and ready for the day!!
This is a new fitness phenomenon that has been taken up and popularised by celebrities such as Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow and Miranda Kerr!
We run termly sessions or drop in classes for the workout focussing on achieving balance, strength and flexibility all while toning and working key areas of the body.

We offer Adult ballet Classes here at Silhouette. This is a superb way to develop, regain or maintain flexibility, or just simply to enjoy taking part in the art in a relaxed friendly atmosphere with like-minded people. It is also a great way to keep in shape.
